We are Heather Jacobson of Valley Virtual Assistants and Becki Noles of Virtual Accuracy Companies.

Heather Jacobson - Co-Founder of the Virtual Assistant RevolutionHeather Jacobson is the owner of Valley Virtual Assistants a VA business catering to Small Business Owners who need assistance with their marketing efforts and is a Coach and Co-Group Leader with VA Training. Heather has over 12 years of corporate experience including positions such as executive assistant, marketing research specialist, and research director for various media outlets. Her skills are not limited to the aforementioned as she also excels in internet research, website design, and blogging.

In July 2005, Valley Virtual Assistants added a new service to its already expansive offering - advertising consulting. With over eight years working in the advertising sector, Valley Virtual Assistants helps businesses create and place the best advertising campaigns getting the most for their advertising dollars.

Heather is the marketing columnist for The Counselor Magazine, author of Making Dollars Out of Cents: 101 Tips for the Frugal Marketer and publisher of the popular ezine Marketing Made Simple, a monthly publication filled with simple marketing tactics designed to enhance your marketing efforts. She is an active member of many VA organizations and networks including VANA, VA Rebels and IVAA. Heather is also the recipient of the 1st Janet Jordan Achievement Award sponsored by the OIVAC in 2006.

If there is one thing Heather is passionate about, it’s new Virtual Assistants. The excitement in a new VA’s eyes and voice gets Heather’s brain muscles flexing. She teaches VAs how to boost their self-confidence while at the same time helping them to think bigger about who they are and what they offer.

Heather's coaching style is caring and compassionate. She is extremely passionate about teaching coachees to love marketing and not be afraid to toot their own horn.

Becki Noles - Co-Founder of the Virtual Assistant RevolutionBecki Noles, Visionary of Virtual Accuracy Companies, has been at the forefront of stream-lining coaching and entrepreneurial businesses since 1998. Utilizing her background in marketing, publicity, corporate training, advertising and media, Becki custom tailors and implements individualized action plans for taking coaching businesses to the next level. As a Virtual Assistant her business partners with top business and executive coaches in the United States, Canada, Switzerland and the world over.

In 2004, Becki, in cooperation with Dale Noles, developed Virtual Assistant Training, a group and individual coaching and mentoring program designed to coach and mentor Virtual Assistants to be a superb support base for business owners of all shapes and sizes.

As a coach, Becki desires to bolster your vision and bring it to fruition. Her signature service is equipping VAs to "ax" negativity and bring forth the positive in their business and lives. Becki also has an undying passion for introverts and desire to motivate them to be absolute best they can be.

Becki's coaching style is no-nonsense yet warm-hearted. Negativity is NOT an option. She will guide you to kicking your negative thoughts in the butt.

I was among the first to sign up for a Virtual Assistant Revolution membership and I am sincerely glad that I did. I started researching the VA industry in March of this year so the timing was perfect for me with 'The Rev' starting in April.

When I joined, I had a business name and was working on my business plan. I was planning to create my own logo in MS Word and 'just use a website template'. That easy. Well, I quickly realized that was just not going to cut it! I acquired a fellow 'Revver' to design my logo, business cards and website giving me a unique, professional visual brand.

I launched my business on June 1st and two months later I have one forty hour and one twenty hour retainer client. Both of these individuals are real estate agents. I have exceeded my year end goal of forty billable hours per month within sixty days of 'hanging my shingle'. I am certain that if I hadn't joined the Revolution this would not have happened.

Since becoming 'Revolutionized' I have leapt out of my comfort zone and joined my local Chamber of Commerce and my local Business Women's Association.

I discovered VA Training through the Revolution, took the program and I can't say how this has changed me and my business. I now have a business coach who is going to help bring me straight to the top.

I learned that I really needed to choose a target market. Having experience in (and a love for) the real estate industry it should have been a no-brainer for me, but without 'The Rev' I don't know if I ever would have chosen a target. I would still be wasting time and money trying to market to anyone and everyone with no single focus.

I simply would not be where I am if it weren't for this amazing group of professionals. There is such a wealth of information available among the members, I feel like I have my own personal tech support person, editor, graphic artist, marketing professionals and cheerleaders helping me through this endeavor.
