Are You a Multi-Tasker?

We’ve been having this conversation at the Rev lately…about who is and who isn’t, and how we define multi-tasking.  Some say that it’s relative to your Zodiac sign while others say it has nothing to do with it.  (For the record, apparently Libras are really good at this, so if you’re a Libra, I’d love to hear from you…)

During one of our training seminars, the presenter said that (paraphrasing of course) that multi-tasking is a myth and that you can’t do two things at one time and do them both well….

And now I ask your thoughts….Is multi-tasking a myth?

    I think most people are multitaskers without really thinking about it. How many times do we answer the phone while holding the baby and stopping our other children from fighting each other. On tasks that matter’s like client work, I prefer to concentrate on one thing at a time. But for everything else, I multitask :)

    BTW I am a Librian!
